Hostzop clients had to email to ask basic questions — what do I owe, where is my request, where is my shipment. Every one of those became a support ticket for information the business already held.

Built a client-facing dashboard that surfaces billing, work requests and logistics tracking in a single view, with D3 visualisations wherever the answer is a trend rather than a number. Designed to be read at a glance, giving visual weight to the states clients actually ask about.
