The Challenge
Running an intern cohort out of chat threads and spreadsheets means onboarding gets repeated verbally, submissions land in five places, and nobody can see progress without asking for it.
Our Solution
Built an internal portal that carries an intern from onboarding through assignment to submission in one place, with tasks, progress state and submitted work attached to the person rather than scattered across tools. Built on Firebase so the agency runs it without standing up infrastructure between cohorts.
