The Challenge
The client had a live multi-vendor marketplace on 6amMart with an MLM and loyalty layer on top, and it had failed at the server level — a broken PHP deployment sitting on a damaged database, with orders still arriving.
Our Solution
Server-level repair and database restoration came first, then the loyalty and MLM logic was rebuilt against the recovered schema. Recovery took priority over redesign: the objective was a marketplace that transacted correctly, with the point system reconciling against real order history rather than being reset to zero.
