Reference build — exact recreation of Country Delight app architecture and UX for a client's dairy subscription product.
The Challenge
The client wanted a dairy subscription product and had a specific reference whose architecture and UX they wanted matched rather than approximated. Subscription commerce has failure modes — delivery scheduling, pause and resume, wallet handling — that only surface in the details.
Our Solution
Built a reference implementation reproducing the architecture and interaction model rather than the surface design, so the subscription lifecycle, delivery scheduling and account flows behave the same way under the same edge cases. React Native for parity across platforms, Supabase holding subscription and delivery state.
