The winning stack for this in 2025 is: n8n for backend workflows and integrations, Lovable or Bolt for AI-generated frontend interfaces, and Supabase as the database and authentication layer. Each of these has a clear ROI story and a decision-maker who feels the pain daily.

Pricing framework: charge ₹75,000–₹1,50,000 for the initial system build. Then offer a ₹20,000–₹40,000/month retainer for maintenance, additions, and support. This compounds fast — three retained clients is ₹1.2L MRR.

The real differentiator is not the tech — it's the clarity of the ROI story. If you can walk into a meeting and say 'this system will save your team 40 hours per month, which at your average salary cost is ₹80,000 in recovered time, and I'm charging ₹1,50,000 for it' — the conversation changes completely.
