AI Automation
AI automation agency
We build automation that runs unattended — voice agents, grounded support bots, document-to-data pipelines, and lead systems that keep one record per lead. Every system below links to the project it came from.
What we build
Six system types, each linked to a project we shipped. If a category here does not match your process, it is usually a sign the process needs mapping before anything gets built.
AI voice agents
Agents that qualify on first touch, hold a real conversation, and write the transcript back to the lead record so the next channel knows what was said. The failure mode we design against is the one everybody hits: a lead that answers the call still getting the cold email.
Lead Automation SystemSupport bots grounded in your content
The answer comes from a store you control, not from the model's general knowledge. That is the difference between a bot that quotes your actual warranty policy and one that invents a plausible version of it. Anything outside the store escalates to a human with the conversation attached.
Titan Watch Support BotDocument-to-data pipelines
Purchase orders, invoices, and contracts arrive as documents and have to become records. We extract, normalise to the shape your system expects, and validate before ingest — so a malformed document flags instead of becoming a bad shipment.
Penthol / Turvo Logistics ETLExtraction that survives messy sources
Selector-based scraping breaks the moment a page deviates from its template, and most do. We pair structural extraction with a model that reads the page as language, so inconsistent markup still resolves into clean records.
Dubizzle Property ScraperMultichannel outbound systems
One lead record, every channel writing back to it. Voice, email and CRM stay in sync, channels suppress each other when a lead converts, and attribution becomes a query instead of a monthly reconciliation exercise.
Lead Automation SystemInternal tools and dashboards
Most support tickets ask for information the business already holds. We surface it — billing, request status, logistics — in one view so the question stops being asked, and give trends visual weight rather than burying them in a table.

Map the actual process
Before any build, we sit with the process as it runs today — including the spreadsheet nobody mentions and the step one person does from memory. Automation applied to an undocumented process automates the mistakes too.
Pick the narrowest useful slice
One workflow, end to end, in production. Not a pilot that lives in a sandbox. The point is to prove the integration path is real before scope grows.
Build with a failure path
Every automation gets an escalation route and a validation gate. Systems that only work on the happy path create more work than they remove, because someone still has to catch what they got wrong.
Hand over the controls
You get the workflow, the credentials, and the ability to change the content without calling us. We would rather be retained for the next system than be a dependency on this one.
When this works, and when it does not
Good fit
- You have a repetitive process with a clear trigger and a clear outcome
- Someone is re-keying data between two systems that do not talk
- Support volume is dominated by a small set of repeat questions
- You want the automation running in production, not a proof of concept
Not a fit
- —You want AI added because it should be there, with no process in mind
- —The process changes fundamentally every month
- —You need an on-site team embedded in your office full time
- —You are looking for the cheapest possible chatbot
Where we work
Same team and the same delivery standard. These pages cover what changes by market — compliance, currency, timezone overlap, and how engagements are contracted.
Chennai
Local delivery, in-person workshops, and the industries Tamil Nadu actually runs on.
India
Pan-India remote delivery, INR engagements, and the compliance the DPDP Act now requires.
Dubai & UAE
Free zone and mainland businesses, with 1.5 hours of timezone separation.
United States
Offshore delivery for US teams — overlap hours, contracting, and review cadence.
Questions we get asked
What does an AI automation agency actually do?
It builds systems that carry out a business process without a person driving each step — a voice agent that qualifies inbound leads, a pipeline that turns purchase orders into records, a support bot that answers from your documented policy. The work is mostly integration and process design. The model is one component, not the product.
How is this different from buying an off-the-shelf AI tool?
A tool solves a generic problem and expects you to adapt. Most of the value in automation sits in the specifics — your CRM fields, your approval step, your exception handling. We build against those. If an off-the-shelf tool genuinely covers your case, we will tell you to buy it rather than sell you a build.
Will the AI make things up?
That is a design decision, not an inherent property. Our support systems answer from a content store you control and escalate anything outside it, so the response reflects your actual policy. Where a model does interpret freely — reading a messy document, for instance — a validation gate sits after it, and anything that fails flags for a human rather than moving downstream.
How long does a first system take?
A single well-scoped workflow is typically a few weeks from process mapping to production, depending on how many systems it has to touch and how quickly credentials and access come through. Integration access is the usual bottleneck, not the build.
What does it cost?
Engagements are milestone-based rather than hourly, priced per system after the process mapping stage, because scope on an automation project is set by the integrations rather than by the model. We quote in INR, USD and AED. There is no retainer requirement to start.
Do we need our own AI or engineering team?
No. Most of our clients have neither. What you do need is one person who knows the process end to end and can answer questions about the exceptions — that person matters far more to the outcome than any technical capability on your side.
