India
AI automation agency in India
Automation built for how Indian businesses actually operate — multilingual voice, WhatsApp as the primary channel, integration with Tally and in-house ERPs, and personal data handled the way the DPDP Act now requires.
What the Indian market demands
Four constraints that decide whether an automation project gets adopted or quietly worked around.
Language is the adoption problem
A support system that only works in English excludes most of the country. We build voice and chat agents that handle regional languages alongside English on the same flow, because the alternative is a system your customers route around by calling a human anyway.
WhatsApp carries the conversation
Indian customers answer WhatsApp and ignore email, which inverts the assumptions most automation tooling is built on. We work through the WhatsApp Business API for order updates, reminders, confirmations and support handoff — the channel your customers are already in.
DPDP Act changes how personal data moves
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act puts real obligations on anyone processing personal data — consent, purpose limitation, and the ability to delete on request. Automation touches personal data by definition, so we design consent capture and deletion paths into the system rather than bolting them on when someone asks.
Integration means Tally, Zoho and homegrown ERPs
The stack in an Indian business is rarely the stack a vendor demo assumes. A large share of the work is reading and writing to Tally, Zoho, or an ERP someone built in-house a decade ago and still runs the company on. That integration is where the project actually succeeds or stalls.
Systems we have shipped
Multichannel lead automation
One record per lead, every channel writing back to it, and channels suppressing each other when a lead converts. Built for teams running India and the Gulf simultaneously.
Lead Automation SystemGrounded support agents
Answers come from a content store you control and escalate to a human when the question falls outside it — so responses match your actual policy.
Titan Watch Support BotDocument-to-ERP pipelines
Purchase orders and dispatch documents extracted, normalised to your system's schema, and validated before ingest so bad data flags instead of propagating.
Penthol / Turvo Logistics ETLThe economics, honestly
Automate the process, do not just add headcount
Hiring is cheap enough here that adding a person is the reflexive answer to volume. It works until the volume is unpredictable — support spikes, seasonal order surges, campaign bursts. Automation is worth it precisely where the load is spiky, because that is where headcount is either idle or overwhelmed.
Milestone billing, INR, GST invoiced
Engagements are priced per system after process mapping, not hourly, and invoiced in INR with GST. Scope on automation work is set by how many systems it has to touch, so we quote once we have seen the process rather than guessing at it.
You own what we build
Credentials, workflows and content stay yours, and the content layer is editable without us. We would rather be retained to build the next system than be a dependency you cannot remove from this one.
- Remote process mapping across India; on site in Chennai
- One workflow in production before scope expands
- Consent capture and deletion paths designed in, not retrofitted

Questions we get from Indian businesses
Which Indian languages can the voice agents handle?
English plus regional languages on the same flow, with the specific set scoped to your customer base rather than assumed. The engineering question is not whether a language is supported but whether the agent can switch mid-stream and still hand a clean transcript to the next step, which is what we design for.
How does the DPDP Act affect an automation project?
It means consent, purpose limitation and deletion are build requirements rather than policy documents. In practice: capture consent at the point of collection, record what the data is being used for, and make deletion on request something the system can actually execute. Designing that in at the start costs very little; retrofitting it after launch is expensive.
Can you integrate with Tally or our in-house ERP?
Yes, and it is the most common integration we do for Indian clients. In-house ERPs vary enormously, so the first question is what access exists — an API, a database, or an export. Any of those can work; the timeline depends on which one it is.
Do you work with clients outside Chennai?
Yes. Delivery is remote across India, with on-site process mapping available in Chennai. For clients elsewhere the mapping session runs over video with a screen recording of the process, which covers most of what an in-person session would.
How long before a system is live?
A single well-scoped workflow typically reaches production in a few weeks. The bottleneck is almost always access — API credentials, ERP permissions, WhatsApp Business API verification — rather than the build, so starting those approvals early is the single biggest thing you can do to compress the timeline.
What if we are not sure what to automate?
That is what the process mapping session is for, and it is where most of the value gets decided. The right first project is usually the process people complain about rather than the one that sounds most impressive. If nothing in your operation repeats reliably, we will tell you it is too early.
